He has a Masters degree in Commerce and many industrial IT competencies, such as - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Microsoft Certified Trainer IBM Certified Blade Engineer HP Certified Engineer Shawn's team is responsible for providing IT solutions that can help small businesses leverage Enterprise-level IT towards building their businesses. Before joining Zaphyr, Shawn held senior Technical & Managerial positions at various organizations and has the exposure of working with Fortune 500 companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Lehman Bros, Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, American Express etc. He is also a frequent contributor to various technology forums and was invited by IBM's SuperLabs in North Carolina to help them re-design the X-Series "X445" high-end server.
	Sohair Javed Managing Director - Software Division Sohair Javed is currently heading the Software Division of Zaphyr Technologies. She has a Masters degree in Economics with specialization in International Business and industrial Software competencies, such as - Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer Microsoft Certified Database Engineer Her team is primarily responsible for developing custom-tailored software solutions that help small businesses automate their business processes. Before joining Zaphyr, Sohair held Project Manager positions in various companies and worked on projects for Corporate clients such as CHUBBS Institute.
	Tonya Wyche Operations Manager Tonya Wyche heads the Operations at Zaphyr Technologies. She also overlooks the Accounts and Client Relations departments. Before joining Zaphyr, Tonya held various managerial and executive positions at companies like Goldman Sachs, St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital and Beth Israel Hospital.
